Are these clothes used?
Pre-loved, yes. Each piece is inspected, graded, and photographed as it actually is. Anything we would not wear ourselves does not go up.
How do I know what condition something is in?
Every listing carries a grade and a note about any flaw. Our grades are New With Tags, Like New, Excellent, Very Good, and Good. See the sizing and condition guide for what each one means.
Is there a store I can visit?
We are online only, which is how we keep prices where they are. Order here and it comes to you.
How do sizes run?
We list the size on the tag, and brands differ from one another. Where we have them, flat measurements are in the listing. If a piece you are eyeing has none, ask and we will measure it.
Can I buy more than one thing?
Please do. Everything ships together.
What if it does not fit?
Return it. Email returns@mull-agains.com within 14 days of delivery and send it back within 7 days of approval. The details are on the returns page.
I have golf clothes I no longer wear. What can I do with them?
Three choices. Consign them and take the larger share when they sell. Sell them to us outright for a fixed offer. Or donate them for store credit.
What do you accept?
Women's golf apparel and accessories: tops, bottoms, dresses, layers, shoes, bags, hats, visors, towels and finishing touches. Clean, current, and ready to wear.
How long do consigned pieces stay listed?
Ninety days. We will tell you before that runs out and you can have the piece back, donate it for credit, or let us pass it on.
Do you take men's or children's clothing?
Not today. Women's golf is what we do.
How do I reach a person?
Email shop@mull-agains.com. A real person reads it.
Shipping to a military address (APO or FPO)
We do ship to APO and FPO addresses. It travels at normal domestic rates, so it costs you the same as any other order. When you check out, put APO or FPO in the city box and choose AA, AE or AP as the state, and leave the country off. We fill in the customs paperwork on our end.
Customs codes we use, for our own reference
Military shipments need a harmonization code for each item on the customs form. These are the ones we use most:

The form also wants the country the piece was made in, which is on the garment's care label, a plain description such as "used women's golf polo, polyester", and the price actually paid. These codes are the usual classifications for pre-owned clothing and are a starting point, not customs advice; for anything unusual or high value it is worth checking.
