The terms, in short

What happens next. We look at your photographs and make you an offer on the pieces we want. There is no obligation, and nothing ships until you accept.
  • We pay you an agreed price up front. No listing period, no waiting, no markdowns.
  • The offer depends on what the piece should resell for, its brand and its condition.
  • Add a little for new with tags, current styles, premium brands, dresses and outerwear.
  • We may decline or reduce for visible wear, dated styles, odors, stains, or weak demand.
  • Once you accept and we have inspected the pieces, they are ours and you are paid.
  • Send four or more pieces, each worth $15 or more, and we send you one standard prepaid shipping label — it is not taken out of what we pay you.
  • Prefer to earn more and wait? Consign instead, or split a shipment between both.
